1. General Terms 

1.1. Gift vouchers and packages issued by Wandee’s Thai Therapy are subject to the following terms and conditions.  

1.2. By purchasing or using a gift voucher or package, the customer agrees to these terms.  

1.3. Wandee’s Thai Therapy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.  

 

2. Gift Voucher

2.1. The expiry date of each gift voucher will be stated on the gift card.
2.2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2.3. Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
2.4. Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or upon arrival for the appointment.
2.5. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

 

3. Packages

3.1. All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
3.2. Packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.
3.3. Unused sessions within the package are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4. Package sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.5. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may result in a session being deducted from the package.  

 

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy  

4.1. Advance booking is required for all treatments.  

4.2. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the session.  

4.3. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time.  

 

5. Other Conditions

5.1. Gift vouchers and packages are for personal use only and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.  

5.2. Wandee’s Thai Therapy reserves the right to refuse service if a voucher or package is misused.  

5.3. Customers with health concerns should consult their doctor before receiving a massage.
